CAGT is a joint laboratory between the University Paul Sabatier (Toulouse III) and the CNRS. It is composed of 3 individual research teams and builds on an entire array of infrastructural resources, including in 3D medical imaging, next-generation DNA sequencing and bioinformatics. The staff is highly international and includes approximately 50 people from countries spread across the four continents
